I went through ZSR Circumcision 7 days ago. The healing was going great and i was very happy with it. But on 7th day in morning due to erection it started bleeding.
If anyone is out there went through this ZSR circumcision then please share your experience for the same.

It's normal if frenulum bleeds . As it take quite more time to heal other than ring area.
I also went through zsr in mar 2019.
I also suffered the same but don't worry have some patience it will give u great result.

I have posted the image also. Now you can see. there is little bit of swelling also on left side
It is looking fine . Swelling is normal as you are only on 7th day . Swelling goes down when ring will fall down . It will fall generally in 10 days but in my case it took 15 days ... Also if swelling sustain after that then your doctor will suggest you to apply biooil .
Are you from india? Did zsr from New Delhi ?

Yes I am from India and had this surgery from Ghaziabad NCR
It will still hurt for a while , your erections will be tight too for a while . But it will all get better with time you need proper patience
It won't hurt that much as it does now. I found that after the ring fell down ,only 3 or 4 times erection caused a mild pain which was completely okay as new skin cells get stretched during erection.
You just have to have patience. And Take proper medication that's all you need.

Sir, I had undergone a ZSR circumcision surgery. It's been 10 days since surgery. From a day or two, a pus type yellowish liquid is observed in the incision area, just above the silicone ring. Moreover, there is swelling with moderate pain in the lower part of the incision area.I am regularly dressing the area with T bact ointment and also is continuing with LNZ antibiotics. Kindly suggest some useful information.

staples have come off after when my surgeon cleaned the rough skin off from the ring

it took 3.5 weeks in my case because the rough brown skin came over my ring below the frenulum.

I have done zsr circumcision on 27/12/2019. Now it is 12 days from the date of surgery, but still ring is over there. On one side of the penis there is heavy bulging and now I am worried that it won't come off normally. What should I do now? Maximum how much days should I wait for getting off silicon ring.

No.now skin is not covering the gland. And now bulging is not due to swelling and excess soft tissues are like a round behind the glans .

its my 24th day after zsr and the ring was fallen between 12-18 days completely.now it is completely healed and there is minor swelling and itching also the sentivity is subsided to a minimal level but still it hurts while erection kind of stiffness at the incision area a mild pain

dude when did you staples cane off i am on day 6 after my zsr circumcision . I can feel considerable pain at the back side bottom to frenulum where the clip is present i suppose. When it gets swollen or during night erections i can feel sone thing is pulling my skin at the back of my penis and it hurts like hell.
Did you feel the same any suggestions what to to get the clips come off soon ?
Have you done dressing every day or left it to get dry . I feel i it pain at the back else every thing is fine from my end
I did dressing only for one week
after that i just applied a good amount of oinment suggested by my doctor 2-3 times a day
There will be a slight discomfort for almost 6 weeks
and Try to avoid the erection as much as possible
once i got complete erection in first week then my frenulum started bleeding and trust me its horrible
so take care of it
and yes give it a proper cleaning
i went to my doctor on 18 th day
and he plugged the ring out very easily with some equipment
I am having night erections with out my conscious .. thats is the only issue i dont get much erections during the day . Back of my penis is dont in a good shape i have applied the opintment and anti infection lotion... and i see my skin got dittached with the stapler at the back i guess but not sure . but it hurts when i get erection i hold my penis very hard to supress the pain and get it to normal state .

Brodar there is nothing to tht u can do except to have an uncomfortable sleep and check again and again
But u can massage with ice to avoid erection if possible
And don't worry about back part
Earlier our foreskin was strongly joint to frenulum therefore
There is this frenulum wound it will take time to heal just keep it clean

My glans is always completely open in both state
Sensual sensitivity is not much different but i must tell you i personally feel that Sex is more fun after circumcision

In just few seconds
14 days , doctors generally claim, but it seems , it takes 20 -22 days to drop and dry the wound....also it depends on man to man depending on immunity of body and medicines ate being taken.
In my case from day exactly 15 staples stared to loosen from right side part by part....and took 22 days to complete...
Where did u got zsr circumcision done. Did everything go fine in your case. Because if it was all good, I would like to get mine done from same hospital... I am from Delhi

Hlo ..please tell me whether any hard skin is left over the ring area. In my case the ring has gone under the skin and taken off manually on 16th day. Since little wound like happened due to the ring, now some hard like skin is there round the ring area after healing. Now it's 3 weeks from the date of surgery and swelling has 100 gone.

Losing senstivity is part of surgery
Just after a week you start losing the sensitivity slowly
But that does not effect your sex life in any manner
Although i find sex more enjoyable and pleasurous after the surgery

Till when we have to use dressing after circumcision I have completed 10th day of ZSR circumcision but still feel discomfort in sleeping so by dressing I can sleep nicely, my doctor said me to use dressing only for 5 days post surgery but if I don't use dressing then the frenulum is bit painfull if it touches anything and also it's bleed around 5-6 drops

And also Yashar there is thick whitish or yellowish layer on frenulum part which is not getting removed while cleaning so is that normal and when it will automatically get removed

I am from pune 26. I was having tight forescene issue. I did it before 16 days from prystn care. Doctor name is Dr. Kundan. He is best one for circumcision. My steplars are not fallen yet. Top, right and left side ring is getting loose. But bottom side is still attached with scene. Compare to previous Penise is looks like very good and impressive.

Keep the area dry which is why don't moist the area while bathing. If it gets wet, do the bandage again after drying it completely, no moisture should be there.

It's been 4 days after the Surgery. Ring is coming out from some part. I am still not aware about dressing. I am just cleaning it with cotton cloth. My doctor has not suggested me anything about dressing.
Post 2 days i was advised to remove the dressing and apply the dressing by myself, also to take bath on 3rd day. I am on my 6th day and rings are not showing any signs of falling off. Ideally it takes at least 10 days for that to happen it seems
There is no hurry. Different people have different healing process. Don't force the ring to detach. It should fall of by its own.
Usually the job of ring is to seal the blood vessels. The ring is stick to skin till the skin cut is heal. Once the healing is fine ypur body will leave out the dead cells and ring will detach. Use anti fungal cream or iodine solution or whatever medication suggested by doctor.
While doing the dressing leave the area for few minutes to 'breathe'. Then apply snug fit dressing. There is a youtube channel called 'that guy' who has video around how to do dressing after circumcised. Check it out
its been 2 days of zsr circumsition and the swelling is still not going how long will it takes to go,its really irritating because the staples are poking the skin.please help me.
For me swelling has been on and off and its my 8th day, sometimes it swells on one side and i freaked out. My doc said it was ok, different people feel differently and the staplers are definitely pain in the nuts sometimes. Give it time and apply dressing and ointment for at least 5 days, then only ointment. It will come down and you will get used to
i am on my 6th day and i still have swelling,and the staplers poke the skin,and i have night erections everyday just apply ice bag on it will give temporary relief and stops from erection,on 6th day i had very hard erection and there is light bleeding,and there is so much pain in frenulum part but it goes away by time,i sugget to wear only underware if possible its more comfortable

Thanks for the reply. Today is 9th day of my ZSR. The pins have not yet started to fall. I am applying medicine on the wound and cleaning it with soap water. However from yesterday I noticed that the pins are poking my skin as well as the glans. There is a redness on the skin and on the glans due to the friction with the pins. Please let me know is there anything to worry about??? I am applying ointment on the wound.

how bad is phimosis? do you find condoms make things more comfy but you lose too much feeling?
Phimosis is bad. like when erect I can stretch it a little bit only. when flacid some more but not complete. Condoms do make it easy but no sensation during the sex. without condom is risky but had to master the pull out timing to feel something good.
Did zsr 5 days back from Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta. As of now healing is under process. But surgery was done fine. You can get it done from there.

If you don’t mind me asking as I have no idea what to expect...are you pulling any of the skin back in this picture? If not does anyone know does the colour difference change over time? There’s obviously a clear demarcation between skin and what was the inner mucosa later of the foreskin when you had it, does this keratinise and change over time? Is it possible to just have what looks like normal skin right upto the glans?
