5th day post zsr circumcision

I had my zsr circumcision last Thursday and today is my 5th day after zsr circumcision.

As I noticed, the penis head is becoming somewhat dry and please ignore the yellow stains that was the disinfectant prescribed by doctor.

The ring / staples are hidden underneath the skin (was retracting my skin so could see the ring / staples as shown in the picture) and I'm not sure whether it is normal and whether it is still swelling but I'm still taking antibiotics and swelling medication prescribed by doctor.

However, the ring / staples are getting bits painful during erection at night and wearing pants to office.

Any comments or advice?
