Hi my name is neel It's my 3rd day after zsr circumcision. I am diabetic and have balanitis problem. I was bandage on my wound but due to balanitis there is some red spots available on my glan and bandage got stuck that area if I put it out it's hurt very much and bleeding as well. I want to know that should I skip to bandage. And I want to know that how to keep clean the wound as it's hurt when I touched it or pulled back the skin.. please suggest

Circumcised men cannot pull back skin as our skin were get incised or cut off. Unless you have partial circumcision, its impossible. Yet, you no need to put bandage on it again, but avoid wetting it for at least 3 days. Bandage is okay if you feel the stitches somehow stinging you otherwise it's a choice. But in case if you want to put a bandage on, try ask your doctor about it( I mean dealing with the retractable remain skin, I don't have any retractable skin, so I never had the need to pull back my foreskin back to put a bandage at least when I got circumcised voluntarily, 4 years ago). Are you Hindu? Partially circumcised?

Thanks for your response. Yes I am Hindu. Actually I have some wounds over the glan where when I do clean the stitches area then some pus out from the glan wound and my doctor suggested me to use ointment over there and do the bandage. But next day when I removed the bandage it got stuck on glan wound and when I removed it from there it's bleed. I am very much confused that what should I do and how it will be healed. I am using t bact ointment and lezid 600 tablet. I am very afraid 😳 how it will be recovered 😭.

Okay let me tell, there is no secret but the more you let your glans rubs the sooner you'll get normal feel aka no sensitive at all. It's fully. I was facing issue with balanitis and phimosis and I am diabetic too. I am not happy with foreskin removal but as per doctor it was necessary and there was no any other option left.
