Hi my name is neel It's my 3rd day after zsr circumcision. I am diabetic and have balanitis problem. I was bandage on my wound but due to balanitis there is some red spots available on my glan and bandage got stuck that area if I put it out it's hurt very much and bleeding as well. I want to know that should I skip to bandage. And I want to know that how to keep clean the wound as it's hurt when I touched it or pulled back the skin.. please suggest

Thanks for your response. Yes I am Hindu. Actually I have some wounds over the glan where when I do clean the stitches area then some pus out from the glan wound and my doctor suggested me to use ointment over there and do the bandage. But next day when I removed the bandage it got stuck on glan wound and when I removed it from there it's bleed. I am very much confused that what should I do and how it will be healed. I am using t bact ointment and lezid 600 tablet. I am very afraid 😳 how it will be recovered 😭.

Hi bro, now condition is better then before half ring is coming out half is still pending. Please suggest me 1 more thing my glan and tip of penis is very sensitive I am unable to wear the underwear as well. What should I do for this?

It's fully. I was facing issue with balanitis and phimosis and I am diabetic too. I am not happy with foreskin removal but as per doctor it was necessary and there was no any other option left.
