Stitches ?

Day 13 post Circumcision and I haven’t noticed any stitches falling out yet. Will I notice every time one falls out and how will I know they are all after falling out?

Mine fell off between three and five weeks, I think the advice doctors give you regarding the timescale e.g. two weeks, is way too optimistic.

They’re absorbed by the body so all you’ll see is the external knot part maybe falling off in your underwear or bath or wherever. You’re unlikely to feel anything if that’s your concern.

Na your fine dude they take like 3 weeks in reality to fall out mine to 15 days to fall out I’m currently on my 18th day and I still have pain on my frenulum and have multiple cuts on my penis head which makes it really sensitive

Just over a month for me. They harden up and will come out with a quick pull if they are ready. Don’t try and pull them out if there’s any resistance.

Are you able to share any pictures of stitch tunnels please as I don’t think I’ve ever seen one.

Given that the majority of men being circumcised have dissolvable stitches and assuming they leave them in, this must be a fairly common occurrence right?

Thanks for your response. it is disappointing that you don’t have picture examples. Yes, of course everybody heals differently and I’m not talking about infants, it’s the men on this forum that are the subject matter. If adults have a circumcision and leave their stitches in to dissolve in their own time you say there’s a likelihood they’ll end up with stitch tunnels, correct?
