Foreskin cracks ?

Hello healthunlocked members. I'm pretty sexually active, like we had probably sex 3 times a day in one week (but only with my girlfriend.. but yeah we have a lot of sex.. i mean yes we do unprotected sex but we are together long time so it's not some STD,STI). One night we had very rough sex and we did it again but this time girl wasn't too much wet.. Can this lead to my foreskin cracks ? About a week passed and I got even second one ? I mean yes I'm uncircumcised but I can pull foreskin normally (probably not phimosis ,Tho I think that I have little too much of skin down there).. I added I photo... No bleeding or discharge or something like that. I started drinking antibiotics because I had UTI also.. (probably because of too much sex and not urinated after). Could anyone help with this cracks ? Should I get my skin removed a little bit ?

You need to see a doctor who will examine you, diagnose their problem and give you any appropriate treatment. If you have a sexual health clinic near you you could go there instead. The forum is not the place to diagnose your problem. Take care.
