These "lumps" or wtv how to call them have been under my corona for quite some time. Are these warts?

Lookup Pearly penile papules. Then compare to yours. If that's what it is, it's benign. Best to go to a doc.

You gotta find good docs and stick to them. Just like any other professional

They could be warts (by how they look) and you would be well advised to go to a doctor or sexual health clinic.

I've been to my doctor a year ago. But she's rushed and skips to the next client. She barely acknowledge anything and was clueless

Not meaning to sound rude, but you should find a new doctor. All of them aren't like that.
