Three, Small, painless lumps on left underside of the corona of my penis.

So as the title says, I have three small blister/ fluid/veins which are purple colour which become filled when I squeeze up towards the head of my penis however when erect I cannot see them. Also I can press over them when they look like they are filled with fluid and they disappear. I can’t find anything online.

Please help I’m worried

I'm not sure what you mean .Since I'm not a doctor, I don't know what these lumps are. It's possible this could get worse, so see a doctor to get your situation identified and corrected.
