Many persons face this problem. Doesn't matter it may open more during intercourse because of vaginal lubrication and thrusts , if it doesn't, visit a Urologist to know whether you need circumcision or may be steroid cream can help you also. Apply steroid cream and masturbate , see if it opens more
seems like tight frenulum, check with urologist for sure answer.
See your doctor to either get treatment or onward referral to an urologist.
