OK. Not all men have powerful spurts of semen; some 'dribble', but that wouldn't prevent you from having sex. What's preventing you from that? Some form of impotence? Pain? Tight foreskin? I honestly advise you to see a GP or a urologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Very best of luck and all good wishes.

Maybe u shud give it more time to heal, after nearly a month and a half if things are not better then i would see a doctor! I was unable to have any type of sex for nearly 2 months
