Circumcision wound

Hi, my doctor removed my circumcision staples last Friday after 9 days. Everything seems to be healing fine except on one side, the wound keeps getting stuck to my underwear. This can be very painful and I'm guessing slowing down the healing process. Should I cover it with gauze and vaseline? Or will this just keep the wound moist and it won't heal? Thanks

I would apply bacatracin 3x a day for the first two weeks and lightly wrap gauze over it. Also do epsom salt soaks at least twice a day for 10-15 min.
