My penis head is still keratinizating and sensitive I can touch and rub the head slowly but can’t wear briefs any tips on what to do?

I went through the same thing. Super sensitive on the very tip for me but has calmed down a lot going on my 4th month. Still sensitive mostly on the very top when it rubs on underwear or anything. You’ll have to find underwear that have material and proper size that fit well. Wrapping it helps too. It’s just going to take time. I read about this fake foreskin called manhood helped a lot of people but I’ve stuck to just wrapping it. Try polyester or silk type of material that’s smooth.
