I got no pain and i had sex three times after surgery, im young and me and my wife we were so horny and it happend. Everything was fine, sex was perfect, BUUT I ejaculated after 10 minutes first round, 20 minutes second round and I didnt ejaculate last round. I find harder ejaculation after surgery, but better feeling during the sex. Especially blowjob.

btw: I still have some stitches, should I use guaze? Cause im not using it almost 2 weeks.

It's all matter of adjustment. You are enjoying means you are ok. Ejaculation doesn't have relation with foreskin. It is due to internal sources. But you can take out the strings/stitches by forceps/twitcher, otherwise it may hurt inside the vagina

It is more sensitive after, but it depends on a lot of factors. Your glans is so unique, it reminds me of a semi-circle, but I love it.

Your glans penis may lose some sensitivity but this could have the advantage of making you last longer before orgasm.
