I got no pain and i had sex three times after surgery, im young and me and my wife we were so horny and it happend. It's all matter of adjustment. You are enjoying means you are ok. Ejaculation doesn't have relation with foreskin. It is due to internal sources. But you can take out the strings/stitches by forceps/twitcher, otherwise it may hurt inside the vagina

Nice looking circumcision but the stitches should come out. I would conclude that these are non-dissolving stitches. See a doctor and have them removed. Thank you for the photo.
