Tight Foreskin

I am 23 and I can retract my foreskin when flaccid. But when erect it only goes half the way. I can pull it back beyond the glans but it creates a sense of tightness. I haven't had sex yet. So will it create problem during sex? Is it phimosis? What can I do?

It is phimosis. You should go see your doc. If he confirms that you have phimosis he can prescribe a steroid cream that you can use whilst doing stretching exercises on your foreskin.

i’m in the same situation but i went to a doctor and was given a steroid cream. although it might work for you and i would say give it a try, for me it has had no effect so now i am worried, especially about having sex. even when erect i can pull the foreskin over the head, but like you say it doesn’t seem to go all the way back down the penis, and feels very tight. let me know if you find anything out.
