Tight Foreskin

I’m 21 years of age, and when I go to retract my foreskin it hurts a little bit and can’t retract it fully when erect. I have included a photo of how far I can retract it when erect

You need to see a doctor. The doc may confirm your phimosis and, if appropriate, prescribe a steroid cream that you can use to assist in stretching your foreskin. That can be a long process. If it is not appropriate or if it does not work then the alternative is circumcision.

Highly recommend a urologist! I am 3 days post circumcision and i think it’s the best decision I’ve made in a while. They’ll recommend steroid cream for a bit but then for your second appointment you should ask about getting circumcised.

It usually is. Try the steroid cream with stretching first.

It was painful during the procedure because you’re so sensitive but they numbed me to the point where I couldn’t even feel anything. I’m on day 4 now with little pain at all and even swelling isn’t as bad as I’ve seen some people’s and they’re on like day 15 post surgery
