Went through circumcision mid January, everything was fine with recovery until a couple of weeks ago when I noticed some a smallish piece of flesh which hadn`t been there before when I fully retracted the foreskin. I possible may need a "tidy up" operation, if I do is recovery a bit quicker than when I had the full op and do you need to go to the "end of the queue" again as far as waiting time for another op? Thanks

What happened to your scar line/wound? It should be healed already after 3 months post-op.

Hi, yeah it appears to have healed nicely, but its just a small piece of flesh that has appeared, it`s possible it could be a tear just at the scar line.

Is the open wound are on underside of penis/ventral side near the frenulum?

in reply to S2BC

It`s on the top side.

Did you have a private surgery? Which country are you in?

Hi, it was on the NHS and I live in Scotland!

You may be able to contact your surgeon (or the surgeon’s Secretary). If that is not successful you will need to get a new referral, if appropriate,
