What are these bumps on the shaft of my penis?

I’ve had these for about a week now. They’re not itchy or painful, but they are dry and slightly sensitive to touch. I’m uncircumcised if that helps and haven’t had any sexual contact for sometime now. Any idea what these could be?

Hi Man, not sure what this is maybe somebody will know and answer. They are not fordyce spots when they only came up it could be fungal maybe are they only on your shaft no where else. Best thing to do is go to your doctor and have it checked.

I agree that a visit to a doctor or sexual health clinic is the best course of action given the speed at which they have appeared.
