Am I circumcised?

My penis when soft is only about like 2 inches and my foreskin covers it’s almost fully or probably 3/4 of the way. When I am hard I’m only 6 inches and it goes completely back and down to my shaft but you can tell there’s extra skin and I can pull it back and forth. As far as I know I’m circumcised but I wanted to know what other people thought or possibly a doctor?

I’m uncut and pull my skin back tight and use a bit of lube on my my head and frenulum. Makes it really sensitive.

I have enough skin when i’m hard to create friction for pleasure, I stretch it out unintentionally sometimes because it gets dry sometimes and i get cuts

It sounds like you have quite a bit of foreskin and you may not be circumcised after all and you just have a short foreskin? you should use some lube when you are playing you don't want to cause little cuts as they would scar and and cause the foreskin to get tight.

Hi Man, I imagine you could have a loose circumcision or a partial circumcision if you were circumcised as a baby I presume and you haven't asked your parents maybe you could ask? it is possible for a guy to have a short foreskin this is common enough with his glans partially exposed.
