How do I measure my dick in this case

So I’m a virgin (19). I feel ok about my dick size but I just found out something sort of recently. My dick (in particular my balls) aren’t normal. I have tested but they aren’t “separated” from my dick if that makes sense. They aren’t completely attached to my dick but they don’t hang like a normal person’s I guess. I haven’t had sex as stated earlier so I don’t know how deep I can go in penetration with it, but it has me kind of nervous and sad. Before I found out, my size bone pressed was a little over 7 inches long, and 6 inches thick. But this might mean my dick is only maybe average.

No, my circumcision isn't that tight as far as I'm aware of.

I thought maybe I had undescended testes but my testes are dropped and i can feel them. There was this one anatomy on google images that best represented it, but again, i feel my testes but they are attached than normal dicks.

Mine don't 'hang' either, some guys it's down to their knees, some guys it's like a tennis ball sitting at the base of your dick. Good size penis and I doubt this will hinder your penetration anyway, but if you have got an issue with a scrotum that's too small some minor surgery can solve it so get down to the doc if only to put your mind at ease.
