You shouldn’t apply any steroid cream unless provided or specified by your doctor. Different creams have specific purposes and may be inappropriate for the condition, some may even cause harm if misapplied.

Yes, but it's the stretching that is needed. I used a speculum which you can buy online. Be careful not to overdo it though, I did and ended up with a foreskin too loose. Good luck.

Steroid cream effective for children. Very low efficacy in an adult male (about 20%). A steroid increases flexibility, but when you stop using a cream, the problem roll back. Absolute fimosa convert to relative fimosa. All this is very bad for sex.

Long steroid use has side effects!!! Complete circumcision is an 100 % effective solution. I recommend High and Tight circumcision.
