Side effects of erectile disfunction

Hi chaps, I am a healthy 69 year old, no issues at all, I'm a stone or two over weight and drink more beer than recommended but my BP is good and a recent blood test revealed nothing, I take ramipril and statins and have a good diet. I have ED, haven't had an erection in 6 months, as it happens I have little or no libido and my wife stopped wanting sex many many years ago so other than the occasional wank the lack of erection is of no concern to me ... but (there's always a but) ... is it possibly indicative of an underlying issue ? and should I go see the doctor about it or just live with it ? Many thanks to anyone taking the time ...

I'm not a doctor but a lot of medications have this side effect.

Check with your doctor or pharmacy to see if this is the case.
