This is pus right ? Possible form a sebaceous cyst?

Pus is infective material ( like from a spot ) Sebum is oil ( from a sebaceous gland ). Its impossible to tell from this distance away. If you have sexual health concerns , please attend a sexual health clinic.

Difficult to tell from here. I had a lump that would grow to the size of a marble adjacent to my scrotum. It made for discomfort to walk and eventually would burst with a yellow pus released. The doctor called it a "scrotal cyst" and that it would be painful to operate. I opted not to operate. The cyst would fill once a month then burst. Eventually it did dry up.
