When i erect.....i cant erect fully the wound skin doesn't erect some thing trap my wound skin to erect.....the cut line i can see only after pulling my shaf back..........

Well, it's very hard to comment anything about your condition after your circumcision. Do you think there is lot of swelling left? That can cover your wound and restrict the erection as well.
If you are having problems with your penis post circumcision, have you consulted your doctor?
