I have noticed a number of stitches that are sticking out (pic included). I keep getting sharp pains - I presume either where the end of digging into my skin or more concerning they may be getting tugged on.
Is that a normal part of the process for them to fall out/dissolve or should I be concerned they have become dislodged before they are ready?

Dissolvable sutures will absorbed by your own enzymes. So you might see the both ends of a stitch and the middle part of it can be already gone. You can put skin tape 'Micropore' or 'Steri-strip' over the wound for supporting it if you are afraid of wound opening by erections.
Appreciate your point but getting a doctor’s appointment can be very difficult hence wanting to get a sense check from others before trying to get one.
