Yellowish substance covering the frenulum wound

I circumcised 8 days ego . Theres no pain now but a yellowish substance is covering the wound . is it something to be concerned about ? And sometimes theres a feeling like ant bite on the stitches .

It will pass, don’t try to clean it off or anything. Let it heal. It gets ugly before it gets better.

Don’t touch it,it’s just part of the healing process,it’ll get ugly before it gets better…my penis spent 3 weeks or more with scabs,blisters,blood blisters etc all over it before it started to clear up properly.As your past a week now id suggest maybe bathing the head of your penis in lukewarm salty water twice a day for 5mins each time,this helps clean and loosen any gunk and scabs and also helps desensitize the glans.I did this when I showered,filled a glass with salty water and you hold you penis in it when showering,it’s very helpful.

Normal. It's called wet scab. Leave it, try to keep it dry and it will be gone in a few days. It's a bit like cradle cap in babies

Today i noticed dry skin is peeling off the penis head .

That's normal too, it's adjusting to not being covered by your soft moist foreskin. Will probably settle down in a few days. If not you can use coconut oil or E45 cream to moisturise. Don't use soap
