White growth on inside foreskin of penis with swelling and red cracked skin on foreskin

Any idea what this might be? I have this white hard lump on the side of my penis for the last 7-8 weeks (to my knowledge) which I have clipped off with clippers but I think it’s slowly growing back. When I clipped the white part of it didn’t hurt and nothing come out but I could tell it sits on something bigger like other lump inside of the side of my penis, also if you can see close to the white lump near the centre to my penis a small swelling is happening. My penis looks swollen on the left side when my foreskin is put in it’s normal place?? I also have this red cracked skin on my foreskin that’s been there for years (I think) so any ideas would be great. I’m terrified thinking it’s cancer or something.

Please go and meet a doctor immediately uncircumcised guys are really at high risk of genital problem especially problems that caused by the foreskin. Just get a check up, update here, and please keep clean your junk as you're uncircumcised men.

Hi Man, I think you should see your doctor and possibly a referral to a specialist you could possibly have lichen sclerosus. it's not something you should leave and hope it goes away you should have seen to Man. Your foreskin and frenulum look a little bit tight maybe?
