When will it be back in service?

I was wondering if it is safe to have sex (slowly) 6 weeks post op even if swelling is still very present? When erect it does not seem very swelled but flaccid it looks like it was looking on the 2nd week. When can you tell the scarr is solid enough to start using your dick again? Any tips with the swelling?

There isn’t really much you can do regarding swelling apart from applying ice to the area.

Eventually the swelling will subside.

6 to 8 weeks is usually acceptable to begin having intercourse again however it is recommended that you take it slow and either use plenty of lube or a condom to reduce friction on the scar.

I think you are ready to go just use a condom to make friction on swelling less, im on 6th week too and still swollen but when erect it isnt very present, i will be using bio oil to reduce swelling and scar

Six weeks should be fine, as others suggest use plenty of lube and take your time. But if you have with held for this long you probably won't last long anyway !

I did try a condom first time but found it a little uncomfortable to remove.
