So the last 2 times I had sex, during intercourse my penis didn't stimulate or have intense sensitivity when in the vigina, a very minimal sensation of pleasure was felt. Ps : I use to hump the floor alot when I was young, then started dry masterbaiting. What do you guys think was the problem, and is their a way to regain pleasure and sensitivity (heal)

This could be as much about state of mind as a physical issue. Perhaps you need to speak to your doctor.
You could try abstaining from masterbating for as long as possible. Only sex.
Was this the same girl you had sex with prior? Maybe she was abit looser. You also could have been not as turned on as previous times.
