1.When i pee, urine splashes and gets sprinkled all around the toilet bowl. Is this normal. When can i pee normally without splash.
Also my tip of the penis (urethral opening) is swelling a bit. I guess i may be the reason for sprinkling. Swelling discomforts sometime because of itchy and as it should be allergic to some antibiotics i intake as prescribed by doctor...?
2.My glands are opened and feel very sensitive. Unable to wear pants without gauze. When will i feel comfortable?
3.I have done Stapler circumcision. When will the silicone ring fall off or should i remove manually?
4.From day 2 im getting diarrhea. Is it common while taking antibiotics?Antibiotics were prescribed for 10days and i have completed my 5 day course.Basically all are painkillers. Planning to stop for 2 days to check if diarrhea stops. What would you suggest?

Hey man, your not alone I have to pee outside on the lawn or sit down on the toilet. Same as you said like a sprinkler. I’m day 10 now and still have that swollen ring around my stitches so just putting it down to the pressure from it. Will ask the doc when I’m back there on Thursday but be interested to know who else has had this problem..
1. It’s common for urine to splash around as the penis has gone through trauma and it’s healing. Sit and pee. Expect it to take 2-3 weeks to get better. But everyone heals differently so it can vary and take longer or shorter. Be patient.
2. Sensitivity being high on freshly denuded glans is normal. It’s okay to wear bandage gauze as it also keeps the wound safe. Try and wear a well fitting underwear (briefs or boxer briefs) and keep your penis facing upwards and against your torso pointing to your belly button. This will reduce the rubbing of the glans when you walk and move. As the glans are now exposed the skin on it will start drying out. And as the skin dries and evolves, the hyper sensitivity will eventually go down. Some people continue to stay sensitive for months after the penis heal. It doesn’t hurt. It just causes great stimulation causing constant arousal. Some people enjoy that feeling.
3. Regarding the ring - as some others here have explained, the ring will fall off on it’s on. Give it time. When that will happen will vary from 10-21 days. Usually it’s 12-14 days. Don’t worry and be patient. Everyone heals differently.
Usually there isn’t a swelling near the opening /tip (pee hole - opening to the urethra). However it can happen in some situations - like for example if the patient had severe case of phimosis with some skin adhering lightly to the glans near the tip. Or the area may have had some prior infections which may have flared up during or after the procedure.
Sometimes the doctor may have used a force or or a clamp at that location to help during the procedure.
Please talk to the doctor who performed the procedure as he would have first hand knowledge and visual confirmation of what may have caused the inflammation.
But whatever the case be, it will heal - just don’t mess with it, and take rest and eat healthy. The human body is wonderful and has this great capability to repair itself.
It take min one week to reduce the sensitivity. Urin splash will become normal once the swelling reduce (1-3 weeks)Stapler ring start detaching post 10th day . It varies person to person . It may take 3 weeks to fall
ZSR13 thank you for sharing your experience. Let me wait. This swelling in the tip really discomforts as it itches sometimes. I guess it is allergic to some antibiotics which i intake
Hi. The pee stream will settle down I promise! If the tip of your glans was covered it could account for the slight swelling, sue that will go. The sensitivity will fade, the less you protect it the quicker it will happen. Antibiotics also kill the good bacteria in your gut hence the diarrhoea. However, that is better than infection so I'd keep taking them. The best thing you can do is eat natural (live) yoghurt to replace the good bacteria. No idea about the ring, mine was pull forward and slice the skin off! Good luck.
My rings with staplers have fallen down.Doctor has given a cut on the ring at the time of surgery which helped for easy removal.
Swelling stopped and urine still splashes but not like on day 4.Hope it will calm down.
Getting midnight and early morning erections which is not that easy to control. But however i dont feel any pain.
Glans sensitivity gone down but very sensitive when wearing underwear without Gauze dressing.
The place where the ring is placed is completely healed.
Im worried with frenulum area. My frenulum totally was cut. I can find a white sticky layer covered the open wound. Is that mark of healing or symptom of infection??
But i dont feel any pain in that area. Since my frenulum is cut the shaft skin comes down and covers the wound when flaccid. Is this normal.? Im applying prescribed gel two times a day on top of that white sticky layer.
What is recommended? Leaving the wound open or dressed with guaze?
Will i be able to masturbate or have intercourse normally soon? Please advise
