Worried about possible infection (40 hours after circumcision)

Hi, I know it looks a mess but I got told not to clean until 48 hours had passed but I was just really worried about this blister looking thing, does anyone know if this is normal or an infection??

Check how it looks in 3 days, if its still the same go to a doctor but give it time dont rush

Cleaning with salt water seems to be the best method.

The blister is lymphatic fluid. It is your body reacting to the operation you've had and trying to fix things. It's nothing to worry about but I would definitely get it cleaned off as soon as it happens as it can create quite painful and hard to remove sores on the glans if left to dry.
