I had my op 4 days ago for a tight foreskin. Other options were tried but with no luck. I have had little pain since and only taken mild painkillers, I was up and walking the next day and showered on the second. The head is very sensitive but I’m managing it, there is swelling but from what I’ve seen it looks normal.
I have attached a pic. What I’m concerned about is the stitches, and if they have pulled away too much. Is this something to worry about and could it slow healing? It’s all quite swollen so not sure if I can properly see the stitches and actual would. Would appreciate and advice and tips.
I’m having a very hard time imagining what it will be like when it’s healed!
Thanks 🙏

Looks ok to me. Shaft puffiness will slowly go down over the next few weeks. The stitches appear to be hidden somewhat. Unless you have a big gap that im not seeing it should be ok. Im not a doctor but am 3.5 months post op on my circ and mine was way more swollen although I had glue not stitches
Yep the shaft is swollen and also the gap (which I guess will be the skin between the head and the stitches) is too. Not really wanting to dig around too much right now to look at all the stitches.
I’m probably just looking for reassurance and wanting to see the final product! Hope your recovery has been and will be all good!
Keep it pointing upwards as much as possible as gravity helps drain the fluid and reduces swelling.
That's fine mate. The swelling is just due to circumcision. It will alright.
free hand, I think what we are seeing here is the swollen skin rising up and covering the incision. I have pulled it back slightly and can see the stitches and cut line below. It’s sore however so I’m not exploring too much!
