Hello everyone,so am from Uganda and here the doctors give us specific instructions on how to make a CIRCUMCISION 70% less painful!! I myself for those who have been following,I got circumcised 12 days ago because of a severe phimosis and I guarantee that these tips made it far less painful

1-do not wash the wound site with shower water untill it's healed (that can be day 14) I broke this rule and it was very painful, don't break it! Even when bathing, cover the wound with polyethylene or a codom, water washes bacteria into the wound causing infection and so should be avoided

2-cover the wound and head of the penis with simple toilet paper, doing This will stop the sensitivity pains that comes with the head of the penis knocking on your clothes, this helps you walk properly and it also helps speed up the process of keratinization

3- buy some old style underpants,I will put them in a picture, right from day one, wear these underpants, they will keep your penis upright and this I promise you will prevent the swelling of your penis that many complain about here,,put your dick in the underpant with it facing up and covered in TP and trust me,you will be walking and doing all your daily duties like a normal man

4- the drugs you must always swallow for 3weeks straight without missing, these include

a)ampiclox 1x4 b) paracetamol 2x3 c)tremadol 2x3

5-every evening, take some yourgat to keep your microbiom healthy and quicken your recovery to and *pilton* to help you sleep your way though the painful night errections, you will not feel the pain when your in Dreamland

6-even though most of you won't believe me,trust me,the best thing to do during your recovery is to keep in your underpants as your sleep!!! When the night errections come, when will not be as tuff as if you had slept nude, trust me,just make sure that the penis head and wound is covered with toilet paper and is facing upwards (it's normal to find yellow discharge in the toilet paper you used and very small tips of dry blood, if this is not the case, see your Dr)

7- if the toilet paper gets stuck to the wound, just pour some very little amount of water on the TP and it will soften and fall off,do not use force

The tips above are what I have been following and they have been working great for me, no infection sofar because of ampiclox,If you have any concerns, questions, comments,or disagreements, please comment down below,I would also want to learn from somebody

Hi,

That’s useful advice.

Unfortunately I now have an infection and got some antibiotics from the hospital last night.

I now have to bandage him every day, what’s the best thing to do to change the dressing. Soak it off, clean it? With sea salt water gently? Sea Salt water bath and let him rest there for 10 minutes?

Not what you're looking for?
