Day 16 after circumcision

Guys I’m on the 16th day and all the stitches are still on. Today I had an appointment with my doctor, who said that I can use my dick without any problem and the stitches will fall in then next days...so I couldn’t resist and tried to masturbate veery slowly and of course with lube.

The feeling was quit weird because I was scared

I can wear underwear without problem since day 12. Today is my 18th day and 4 stitches have already fall

You can wrap it with a gauze. However, that will delay desensitizing of the glans. I wore tight underwear to prevent any rubbing or touching!

The sensitivity issue is still not resolved completely even after 8 months, can do day-to-day work, however rubbing the glans still hurts. Are there ways to resolve this?
