Just to say that not everything in the above reply is strictly true. I have been circumcised for 43 years and my glans penis is not calloused and leathery. My sons are both circumcised and theirs are not calloused and leathery either. If your pain is caused by the glans penis being too sensitive due to a recent circumcision then it should improve before too long. It will lose some of its sensitivity and oral sex should become more comfortable.
