So its 9 month since my circumcision and whilst the experience was horrific and something I will never forget I have to say in the end I am pleased I got it done. Severe phimosis and BXO resulted in my foreskin being severely damaged and left me no choice but to have the cut. Am I pleased with every aspect of it? No, but I am in a better place with it now. Masterbating is fun still (new found love for coconut oil - its amazing lube!!) and sex is good. Not overly happy with how it looks when flaccid as I am suffering with “sunken penis” but its just something I will have to live with but when erect I am happy with it.
To anyone going through this daunting procedure I wish you all the best, just try and remain positive if like mine your experience is a bit shit - it CAN get better with time and patience. Happy to reply to any concerns/questions. Take care all

My initial post has been edited by Osidge who is a moderator. A photo showing the result of my procedure has been deleted and they have edited some of my original post. The fact it wasn’t mis-leading has really annoyed me!
I'm pleased you are happy overall with the result of your procedure. It's not a nice experience to live through, but at least you've found the benefits!
We obviously don't currently know, but the usual sequence is to be suffering from phimosis that then allows the fungal infection of BXO to develop. That may then make the phimosis worse, but phimosis would already have been there - probably since birth.
CutRequired - glad to hear things have worked out okay at the end of the day. You really had about the worst experience I've heard of. Did it end up being a ferocious infection at the incision?
Hi Man, I'm glad to hear things have improved for you. I remember you did have a tough time with everything you went through. And it will continue to improve for you, as it does take time especially if it is wasn't easy. 👍🏻
Thanks for posting. I'm a month in after circumcision and its healed. But it seems as if the length of the erect penis has reduced. Is this normal? Does it 'grow back' to its length? Also, how the glans get irritated when in contact with the fabric of the underwear. I usually make an abdominal guard out of soft sterilzed cotton and wear it in my undies. How long does it take for the glans to 'keratinize' ?
