purple ring around penis head

I had circumcision surgery 3 weeks back and I am seeing a purple color ring around the base of the penis head. I am confused whether it's normal or is that some kind of blood flow stopping. It doesn't cause any pain. It's just there. Can someone please help me out whether its normal or not

I’m on day 4 and mine is the same it’s swollen and now yellow instead of pink how it was on the first day
