I had a circumcision done last June and recently I noticed where some of the stitches where put there is holes and one is Torn slightly . and another Stitch it is bumped up a slightly I noticed white paper like materials coming out that hole when I squeezed it which I think is toilet roll from wiping down there and then I put antibiotic cream on it which I was given for an infection after I had the circumcision and now it’s gone a bit hardish like a little stone in there it hurt slightly when press on it a bit I don’t what to do anybody know what’s going on.
