Went to the doctors office about a month ago. They don’t hurt itch or burn, doc said not to worry about them. Going to the derm soon just need a second opinion from some people please help.

Agreed with Now, fordyce spots. I wouldn’t worry they aren’t that noticeable tbh 👍🏽

I'm assuming u have a dark skin as per pic that's why it's a little more noticeable I had them few years back but went away after few months just exfoliate the skin and will speed it up I used a face scrub with charcoal base good luck
