hi. There’s so much conflicting information out there. Where can I go for real helpful advice on menopause, dizziness and general lethargy. And extreme tiredness and low libido ?? It seems blood tests only are a window in time as oestrogen changes through the day.

mum fed up with just generally feeling ‘Meh’!
