Hello,My whole body is a tense bundle o knots. I tore tendons in my shoulder because of this. I can barely move because of the stress.

When i was working and stressed my syress would sit in my right shoulder blade. It was awful and i let it go on for a long time. Finally, i went and had a good massage. It hurt but also felt good.
