Hello to everyone who reads this post. I am Brad, my pronouns are he/him/his, and I joined this forum because I feel that I would benefit from peer support for my depression that does not involve involuntary or potentially traumatic intervention. I struggle with several mental health conditions, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), hence why I decided to write this post today. Feel free to respond to this post or reach out to me privately if you would like to know more about me or what I struggle with. Thank you for understanding.

Hi Brad. I am struggling mightily today, so I want to extend a hand to you. Like you, I live with a few mental health issues, including MDD, and I’ve been doing it successfully for a very long time. Please tell me more about you.
