Finally took a shower!!!

After not showering for a full year and a half, I finally took a shower today!!!

Thank you! It was really a self-esteem issue that was stopping me and my therapist has been helping me view myself more positively. I was in a good mood with nothing planned today so I just did it.

Congratulations! I can relate. I struggle with showering too. I made plans to do it today but then felt too tired. I will consider your experience. Maybe if I focused on self-love, I might be able to do it.

WOW! I can't sleep nor start my day without showering. Why did it take you a full year and a half? You must have been filthy? How did you not get sick? Did you feel amazing after showering? I hope you continue to shower. =)

maybe they just couldn`t drag themselves into the shower depression and illness does this to many.I`m sure they wanted to shower but for whatever reason they never.Surely you can edit out parts of your comments as they probably felt bad enough.

I was just depressed and hated myself, felt like I didn't deserve to be clean. I did feel better. Yes, I think I will continue to shower.
