What kind of support do you have, or have you thought about that? Its important to think about what helps when you feel like this, and when you're not experiencing your symptoms as badly, you can start building a set of tools, wellness tools that are helpful in certain situations or can be preventative, like maybe a monthly reminder that you do have episodes of depression and psychotic symptoms. I used to have to do something similar because its not uncommon when you are really depressed to feel like its always been like this, and then when you're having a relatively depression free period, you kind of forget that was ever real.
