Permission to die

Some days it feels like I'm so tired of life that I'm waiting for permission to die. I have my family here that I dont want to hurt but if they weren't around, I wouldn't be either. It's like if they gave me permission, I would remove myself from this world

I'm sorry for what's going on with you. It's nice a family that cares about you is around. Can you talk to one of them about how bad you're feeling?
