Are you ready to shake those pompoms?

At the moment we have two intrepid racers this weekend. They’d love our support so get those pompoms poised and ready to jingle.

⭐️ First up is our own Speedster Superstar,   RunBrianRun who has taken a last minute decision to rock up to the Veteran Athletics Club Championships in Tooting Bec stadium tomorrow for the 100m. Go show them what you’ve got Brian! We’re right beside you (well, maybe behind you a bit 🤣) GO!GO!GO! 🏃‍♂️

⭐️ Our second superstar is our very own admin legend,   linda9389 who will be running the Altrincham 10K on Sunday. This closed road event in the market town in Greater Manchester promises “a generally flat 10K with PB potential.” A chance to test the HM training thus far Linda 🏃‍♀️ We’re right with you cheering you on 🥳 be sure to listen for the shouts and watch out for the pompoms.

Thanks IP. I never realised a pompom waver could look so cute. We're up in NWales where I used to live for a coupleof days. I'm almost more excited about Conwy parkrun than about the 10k!!! Altrincham may have PB potential, but I don't ... so I'm quite simply looking forward to a grand day out 😍
