IT’S FRIDAY POMPOM TIME!!! 🥳🥳

Hello racing snakes, it’s time to get those pompoms fluffed up and ready to rumble for our fabulous runners this Sunday.

⭐️ First up is our Marvellous  Mudita11 who will be taking on the Romney 5 Miler around the beautiful Broadlands Estate. What a great location 😍 Looks like it could be quite a run Mudita!

⭐️ Next we have our Terrific Trio,   Shake-and-run ,   Katnap and   TailChaser who will be going for that sausage run, 10K, as part of the Tempo Winter Series. Just one more run after this one guys to get your paws on that hoody!

Thank you IP. Really looking forward to it. Missed this one last year as I got Covid but all ok this year 🤞🏼. I’m currently in Birmingham for the Running Show at the NEC tomorrow, then back home tomorrow night (no doubt laden with goodies) ready for the run on Sunday. Exciting weekend 🏃🏼‍♀️🎉, yay!

Thank you for the shout out and for the gorgeous Pom Pom waving. I’m only doing the sausage run once so there will be no hoody for me, the cats will look magnificent in theirs next month. For me it is all about finishing, I don’t care how many steep bits I have to walk up or how long it takes , I’m just in it for the sausages and the views. … and to tick a 10k off my training plan for this week. Have wonderful weekends everyone, whatever you are up to. Xxx 😘

[Mudita11 Half Marathon]

A very late report on my Romsey 5 miler! Well the weather was marvellous - bright sunshine and -2. The run was almost all on flat tarmac which was not at all icy despite the low temperature. Broadlands is a really beautiful setting and is open to the public for limited times in the Summer so it was a really amazing to be able to see the grounds of this private residence. My pace was good (for me) but still found myself in the last 20% of runners as always. Not that the time matters - I just really love running and I have a grin on my face most of the time 🤣
