FRIDAY POM-POMS NEEDED HERE!!! 🥳📣🎽👟

It’s that time again when your pompom support is needed for our fabulous VRBs with their races 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🤩🤗🎈🎈⭐️⭐️🤸‍♂️

It’s a short call-out this week because we have only two racers and both of them will be running the Vitality London 10000 on Sunday! What a special day that will be!!

⭐️     ReyC and     Mudita11 will be taking part in this famous 10K event in central London. The route takes runners past various landmarks like Big Ben and St Paul’s Cathedral and promises an electric atmosphere with loads of spectator support. I’m sure our pompom waving and cheering will play a big part too!

Good luck guys, soak up every minute and enjoy yourselves in this fabulous event 🍀🥳

thanks all! I am watching the weather forecast nervously! I’m not totally against running in the rain but it’s a slight different prospect when you are slugging into central London and standing around for a couple of hours before running for at least an hour!

Take an old hoody or buy one from a charity shop. Theses big events normally have the option for you to discard these before the start and then they pick them up and take them back to a charity. Helps while you are standing around 🙂
