A couple of weeks back I tried two 10km runs on consecutive days. The energy just wasn't there for the second one and I bailed at 8km. More practice needed!

I got side tracked by that too Dexy. Thought, that's cool both 10 milers in exactly the same time, then wow, what now?!...one today & one yesterday!
