HUHM, OK 15 miles (got lost) 3:54:33 🤣

It was a run of two halves, I had originally planned a quick, flat course but in the days leading up I just wasn't into that so joined some pals for their run to start and when they were done 7.7 miles in I carried on. Not my area so all new for exploring and getting lost which I did very well 🤣 had a great time, which counts for more than a swift time in my book. Now trying to sort a swim to top the day off!

Oh, and forgot headphones so missed out on any RunGo but I'm going to listen to it anyway! 🤣 started at 9.17 so a tad early but not late! Moving time 2:58 but we had lots of stops for pics/ fun etc.

Yep! It's addictive, like running! 🤣 managed to persuade a pal to pop to Bognor for a quick recovery dip! She'd just done her first HM too
