Ran a 10K at 7.45 am this morning, was sitting in my running gear waiting for it to be light enough to run my trails π
Ran with my Christmas playlist which if I wasn't already in the Christmas spirit I definitely was during that π€£
Was a very festive frosty morning, beautiful red sky as the sun was trying it's best.. not muddy today as we've had dry weather lately,so the run was a jolly one βοΈπ
Finished with a good time of 1hr 10mins.. just short of my PB π
I'm already looking forward to my Christmas morning run.. want a longer oneπ not committing myself but would love to run a HM on Christmas day π€£
Happy Running all πββοΈπββοΈπ
Hope all your preparations are going well π βοΈπββοΈπββοΈπππ

Another great run for you Caroline, was that around Elder Park?, good luck if you wish to run a HM on Christmas morning, if it was Elder Park, goodness knows how many times that would be
I am very well thanks Caroline, this morning I ran my 80th (not) parkrun, part of the run is around a small houseing estate with many Christmas lights on, both inside and outside in the gardens, I hope you have a very happy Christmas π€Ά π π€Άπ€ΆππΎπ
Sounds like a great run and I will think of you as I sneak out on Christmas morning for a run, itβll have to be early as need to be back bathed and dressed by 10, have a lovely Christmas
