A slow happy 10k

I’ve just achieved my 4 th 10 k and am chuffed to bits. I’m not get any faster - still just under one and half hours - but the feeling of achievement is awesome. My breathing felt good and my 70s music and coach cory kept me going. What more could I ask for? I love that occasional challenge. Happy running, folks.

I have a feeling that the duration of exercise is more useful than how long a distance is covered.
